Dr. Thomas Horsman received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown. He completed his pediatric residency and pediatric pulmonology fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Horsman is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatric pulmonology. He serves as the section chief of pulmonary medicine for the OLOLRMC pediatric residency program.
