Dr. Collinsworth is a native of Baton Rouge. He earned his medical degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed an internship at the LSU Medical Center in Shreveport, La. After a residency at Earl K. Long Hospital in Baton Rouge, he began a solo pediatric practice in Baton Rouge. He also served as a staff physician for South Louisiana Medical Associates and as KidMed director. He is Board Certified in pediatrics and has a special interest in Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).
